Oliver Nudds

My mission is to work towards a better future for our planet and through our work with companies and governments, we are on a journey towards a future where all their plastics can be fully recyclable at source and remanufactured as part of our circular economy, giving old plastic multiple new lives whilst minimalizing consumer habit change. - I think of it as an investment in reusable raw materials as opposed to a single product purchase.

My vision is to create an emerging circular plastic economy for small-scale recycling entrepreneurs, one that will lead to a monetised waste plastic economy that empowers disadvantaged communities across the African continent and the developing world.

We have extended our reach into new geographies and sectors, enabling us to impact the lives of women, men, and children, all while playing our part in caring for the planet.
Today, TCB has a national footprint and partners with 16 of the country’s major retail brands to serve over 1,500 traders and small business owners at any given time.
We equip unemployed South Africans and aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills and resources they need to unlock their full potential and access the economy.
TCB has 3 successful Enterprise Development programmes (Resell, Repair and Remake) through which we empower the people raising the next generation. We believe that with the right support structure, anyone can become self-employed, and we have developed a holistic model that incorporates the head, heart and hands to do so consistently.
