Why this course?

Why do we need a course on the circular economy in South Africa? 

The circular economy is gaining global attention as a powerful approach to addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges. However, many people still struggle to understand what the circular economy means in practice and how it can be applied in real-world and local contexts. 

This course was developed to help bridge that gap by making circular economy concepts clear, practical, and relevant to the South African context.
