Soldevco Pty Ltd (SOLutions DEVelopment COmpany) is a 100% youth- and women-owned South African cleantech enterprise pioneering sustainable water innovations. Headquartered in Cape Town, Soldevco is the inventor and patent holder of the Ultra-Oxygen Micro and Ultrafine Bubble Generator (UO₂), a breakthrough technology that transforms water treatment, agriculture, and aquaculture by reducing energy demand, eliminating excessive chemical use, and enhancing natural biological processes.

Our mission is to drive a just and inclusive circular economy by turning wastewater, effluent, and nutrient streams into valuable resources. Through projects at municipal wastewater plants, wine estates, aquaponics systems, and industrial facilities, Soldevco demonstrates how clean water recovery, nutrient reuse, and reduced greenhouse gas emissions can create both environmental and socio-economic value.

Soldevco’s actions extend beyond technology deployment. We partner with communities, farmers, municipalities, and industries to enable resource recovery, lower operating costs, and support compliance with South Africa’s Green and Blue Drop standards.
