At this session, we will engage with Refreshi to unpack how surplus retail food is diverted from landfill and redirected to communities across the country. Refreshi works across the retail value chain to ensure that edible food finds a destination where it can create value.
Food waste remains a systemic challenge with economic, social, and environmental implications. This discussion will examine how coordination, logistics, and partnerships can unlock solutions that keep food in circulation and strengthen food access.
